He sent them into the world to heal! He instructed them to teach others how to heal! The New Testament also states that Jesus initiated a priest into the Order of Melchizedek - a healing order of priests and priestesses established by the High Priest Melchizedek, mentioned in the Old Testament.
You might say that those who are born with or receive Universal initiations into healing are channeling
healing Energy from the Heavens and the Earth.
Manmade and demonic initiations may or may not connect the initiate to Universal healing initiations. But these types of initiations are NOT Universal. Because of this, there is room for dark energies to enter. The lesson: Be thoroughly aware of what the initiator and his/her other students are able to accomplish. Over time, the Universal energies dissipate from these types of initiations.
Second, scientists and medical professionals canNOT find the thinker behind our thoughts in our brain. Our brain is like a radio receiver. You might say that active intelligence (being able to go beyond knowledge and put information together) is channeled to us from a great part of ourselves. Open mindedness is a required
if wisdom is to occur. Creativity and inspiration also come to us (channeled to us) from outside of ourselves.

from the Bible may lead us to form conclusions contrary to those of God. Oftentimes, people cherry pick phrases out of the Bible to support their own or dark agendas. Adolph Hitler was not the only tyrant to

For example, the Koran is close to Jesus' teachings of love, tolerance and forgiveness. Sharia law reverts back to a time before Mohammad. Followers of Sharia law consider what came before Mohammad as a part of their history. The Old Testament is also a part of our history. It's up to each of us to figure out what teaching elevates us to become better versions of ourselves.
Fourth, there is another kind of channeling whereby the conscious mind of an individual leaves and a disincarnate soul comes in. This is NOT what either Jesus did, I do, or Tera-Mai healers do!
